Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that Bestwest Care adheres to and complies with Clause 5.3 of the Standards for RTOs 2015 and to ensure that Bestwest Care considers and decides upon all requests for refunds in a fair and transparent manner.
Certificate Courses – Refund Policy:
- Refunds of fees paid are not applicable to learners still currently enrolled.
- Learners wishing to apply for a refund must complete and submit a refund request form to Bestwest Care. A response will be provided within 10 business days from receival of the refund request form. Refund request forms are available from Bestwest Care administration.
- Refunds will be issued in accordance with the Bestwest Care Short Courses – Refund Policy.
- No refunds are given once access to the online learning material has been provided.
- No refunds are given for non-attendance.
- Manual Handling bookings cancelled with more than 5 business days’ notice before the training
- session are eligible for a 50% refund of fees paid.
- No refunds are available for Manual Handling bookings cancelled with less than 5 business days’
- notice before the training session.
- Fees will not be refunded if the learner fails to meet the requirements of the course. However, the learner will be provided with information on further training opportunities to help them meet the requirements.
